I'm a full-time working mom of young children. I am a SUNY Cortland and Adelphi Graduate with a focus on children and their families.

My passion, even before college, was to work with children. Through my personal growth and finding my strengths, I've landed myself in this career. Over time and with my experience, my passion has remained with children, but has also grown to serve young adults, parents, families, women, and children with developmental disabilities. Whether you are dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, or having difficulty adjusting to family, work, or all the changes we experience in life, we can work through it with engagement in therapy and help shift the mindset.
