MEET PATRICK
Christopher Cajamarca Ortega
MSW Intern
Difficult moments don’t have to define life, and you don’t have to handle them alone. Thinking about getting help, as you are doing now while reading this, is already a huge first step. I believe every single person carries the capacity to heal, grow, and move forward on their own time, despite what they have gone through or struggle with. My goal is to help you discover your strengths, find ways to manage stressors, and feel a strong sense of control in maneuvering through the highs and lows of life. You are worthy, tougher, and more powerful than you may think to do so and create meaningful change.
As an emerging professional, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you (or your child) can feel understood, validated, respected, supported, and meet you where you are at. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, flexible, and rooted in empathy. Together, we can dive into your experiences, increase awareness, and develop coping skills.
KIND WORDS
