MEET DANIELLE
Danielle LaGrandier, ATR-BC, LCAT
Art Therapist Registered + Board-Certified | Licensed Creative Arts Therapist
I believe that creativity opens the door to deeper healing, offering us access to parts of ourselves that words alone can’t always reach. As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I integrate trauma-informed approaches with spiritually grounded, evidence-based modalities including Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work centers on helping teens, adults, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals find meaning, connection, and personal growth—especially through times of transition, grief, or emotional overwhelm.
I specialize in mood disorders, addiction recovery, and relationship challenges, and I’m passionate about supporting new therapists as they navigate the complexities of entering the mental health field. I also provide guidance to parents looking to better understand and support their LGBTQ+ children.
In our work together, you can expect a space of safety, creativity, and curiosity—where healing unfolds at your own pace, and your identity is always honored.
