Mental Health Counselor

Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Works with: Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families From Diverse Backgrounds

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor who believes that healing happens best in a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the heart of my work, and I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we move at your pace and honor your unique story.

As a bilingual counselor fluent in English and Haitian Creole, I am deeply committed to providing culturally competent care. I value cultural identity, lived experience, and community as essential parts of healing. My hope is to help you build confidence, emotional balance, and lasting tools that support your well-being.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds, using a culturally responsive, strengths-based approach. I believe every person carries resilience and the capacity for growth, even during life’s most challenging moments. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or major life transitions, my goal is to support you in feeling empowered, grounded, and hopeful.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will explore unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical, meaningful skills you can use in everyday life. Therapy with me is collaborative, goal-oriented, and thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs.
