Reaching out for therapy is a brave first step toward reconnecting with yourself, strengthening the relationships you value, and developing tools that support nervous-system regulation and personal growth. I am passionate about partnering with clients as they navigate anxiety, mood challenges, experiences of trauma, identity development, and life transitions. I strive to honor each individual’s lived experiences while drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices, to help build resilience and support meaningful, lasting change.
I have specialized experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, as well as college students and young adults navigating independence and the transition to adulthood. I am particularly attuned to how family systems, external stressors, and life experiences shape mental health, and I collaborate with my clients to foster relief, growth, and empowerment.
My clinical style is warm and reflective, creating a safe therapeutic space to validate your experiences, develop and strengthen coping skills, and support you in moving toward greater emotional stability, self-confidence, and self-understanding. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
