Knowing when to ask for help has always been one of the struggles that face most people. Taking that first step which is the hardest and most important takes so much internal strength. Anyone who reaches out has taken that giant leap already! I have almost a decade's worth of experience working with teenagers, adolescents, and adults who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, difficulty with life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorders including body dysmorphia and/or body image, lack of self-esteem, eating disorders, and chronic illness. I bring warmth, compassion, and humor to the therapeutic process and relationship.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist in stress reduction and changing negative thought patterns to become an active leader in your care and form healthy ways to cope. I promote positive mantras and positive thinking to have you live in a healthier environment in order to be productive and achieve your goals.
My passion is to help people, and make sure they feel understood and supported. I do my best to assist them in living a more satisfying life. The little things help create big changes and I appreciate those things in you that you often don’t see.
I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you obtain the support and feedback you need. I work from an empathic, intuitive, relational, light-hearted, direct, somatic, and soul-centered approach. I believe we are being initiated to pay attention.
There is no better time than now to start looking within to who you are and what you are here to do, integrating wisdom to guide you to deeper fulfillment, connection, power, peace, love, and joy.
