MEET LAUREN

Lauren Walsh, LMSW

Licensed Master Social Worker

You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Life can be lonely, overwhelming, and hard at times. My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I’m here to listen and help you move toward the happiness and contentment you seek. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people feel understood and empowered to grow. I bring compassion, cultural sensitivity, and my clinical experience includes working with diverse populations, including older adults, immigrants, and trauma survivors. I am deeply committed to supporting each client’s well-being and personal growth.

In therapy, I aim to create a safe space that feels warm, collaborative, and judgment-free. I meet clients where they are and use active listening so they feel truly heard. Guided by empowerment theory, I draw from CBT, trauma-informed practices, and motivational interviewing to build confidence, strengthen trust, and develop tools for navigating life’s challenges.

I’m especially passionate about supporting people who may feel overlooked or underserved—whether you’re adjusting to big changes, coping with anxiety or depression, or rebuilding after trauma. My goal is to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, build self-trust, and move toward lasting growth and healing.
