I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) offering in-person therapy in Babylon, NY, for children, adolescents, and young adults. My goal as a clinician is to create a space where clients feel accepted and understood while building the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship lays the foundation for meaningful conversations that can guide positive change in addressing a client’s presenting concerns.

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach tailored to each client’s needs. My therapeutic style draws from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based techniques. I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, complex trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem.
