I am a Creative Arts Therapist who earned my master’s degree from Hofstra University. Using a blend of Creative Arts Therapy and traditional talk-based therapy, my approach is person-centered and strength-based, encouraging each individual to explore their autonomy in their healing. I also draw on skills-based approaches, including CBT and DBT, to provide a judgment-free, healing environment where each person can flourish.

I have experience in a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, with a particular passion for working with children and adolescents, as well as individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with feeding and eating disorders, and individuals with mood disorders.
